Do I need to commit after trial period?
Absolutely not. If you don't like our product, you don't need to continue but please speak to us to see if we can help you to make the product work for you.

What happens after trial period?
You will be asked to provide a valid payment method and that's it, you can continue using the product as before.

What is a cloud space?
Cloud space allows you to store information related to your property. I.e. A certificate document or a scanned tenancy contract or a picture of a defect or even a video footage of a repair task. Having more cloud space will allow you to upload more items. To save spaces, we do compress pictures uploaded for repairs so your cloud storage is effectively utilised. You can also purchase more space if you need.

Do I need to pay for properties that are not active?
No, you only pay for property that is active or has been active for more than 72hours. You can activate or deactivate a property by changing "property status". Deactivated properties will not be included in any reports. I.e Expiring certificates will not be shown for deactivated properties. Similarly, you won't be able to raise defect or manage defects on a deactivated properties.

Where is my data saved?
All your data are saved within UK datacentres and only you have access to them. We don't sell your data to anybody.

How does cancellation works?
We won't punish you for leaving us. You can cancel any time you wish and your final invoice will simply be number of properties active that month. Please speak to us before leaving to see if we can do anything to change your mind.
